Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy
- Extended Holiday Return Period available until January 31, 2021 for all orders placed between November 15, 2020 and December 24, 2020.
- All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- All products must be in the original packaging and condition.
- All products returned must have a valid RMA number provided to you by our customer service department or via our automated RMA Request system.
- Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- All returned items must be shipped with a valid tracking number to complete your refund.
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all non-defective returns.
NOTE: If a product is returned because of an error at our end, we will exchange it free of charge.
Return Procedure
Before any returns can be made, a customer must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This form will include a precise return address where the product will be returned as well as detailed instructions on how to proceed. Request your RMA by:
- Using our self-service RMA Request system
- Calling us toll free
A customer representative will be able to assist you.
NOTE: RMA numbers can only be obtained using the methods mentioned above.
Exchanges Procedures
You may choose one of the following 2 options at your discretion when exchanging a products (option 2 is the quickest):
Option 1– Return your product to receive a replacement. Follow our standard return procedures and specify what you would like to exchange your order for. Upon receipt of the product, we will ship out your desired product. In the event that a difference in price exists, the customer will be charged/credited accordingly.
Option 2– Place a new order and return your first order. Place an order for your desired product by using our online store or by calling us. After placing your order, request an RMA and follow the standard return procedures. Upon receipt of the wrong/defecting product(s), we will issue the refund.
NOTE:There is a $15 fee applied to all exchanges
Incomplete, Damaged, Broken & Defective Parts
If your order is incomplete, damaged or defective, please get in touch with our customer service and explain the situation immediately, please do not install the parts! A brand new product will be shipped out to you. The defective product must be returned within the first 30 days.
Warranty Claims
We guarantee 100% exact fitment based on the vehicle specifications you provide at order confirmation. If for any reason your products do not fit or is defective, we will happily replace it free of charge.
Cancelling Your Order
We usually ship out orders within 24 business hours. If you want to cancel your order, it must be done within that time frame. However, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be possible due to our automated fulfillment system. Once your order is dispatched to our warehouse for packing, or if it has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you wish to return your order thereafter you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and initial shipping charges will not be credited. Even though we offer free shipping, we cannot refund the initial cost of sending the order out to you.
Refunds & Credits
Once your RMA has been approved, a refund will be given using the same payment method. Refunds and credits will be applied within 3 to 5 business days. A receipt will be sent to you via email once it is completed.
We are not responsible for damages done during the installation of the product. Our guarantee will not be honored in these cases.
